SoilFuel Active

A next-generation humic acid designed to boost nutrient uptake, strengthen roots, and improve overall crop performance.

SoilFuel™ Active

SoilFuel Active is an advanced organic–mineral blend formulated for application through drip irrigation and fertigation systems. It is designed to support nutrient uptake efficiency, root-zone activity, nutrient mobility, plant vigor, irrigation nutrient management, and soil biological activity in fruit trees, berry crops, nursery trees, and forestry systems.

Formulated with jasmonic acid to support stronger crop growth, improved nutrient efficiency, and healthier soil performance. Jasmonic acid also helps support plant response to stress and promotes active crop development under challenging growing conditions

Instructions to Use

Application Rates

Application Rates

Application rates vary depending on the crop or tree system. The annual rate may be applied as a single application or divided into two applications during the growing season.

Mayday trees: Apply 6–8 L/acre once per year in early spring or after pruning. Alternatively, divide the annual rate into two applications: 3–4 L/acre in early spring or after pruning, followed by 3–4 L/acre during active growth, approximately 4–8 weeks later. The total annual rate is 6–8 L/acre.

Cherry and Saskatchewan cherry trees: Apply 6–8 L/acre once per year in early spring or after pruning. Alternatively, apply 3–4 L/acre in early spring or after pruning and another 3–4 L/acre during active growth, approximately 4–8 weeks later. The total annual rate is 6–8 L/acre.

Berry crops: Apply 5–6 L/acre once per year in early spring or during early active growth. Alternatively, apply 3 L/acre at early growth or pre-bloom, followed by 3 L/acre during fruit development. The total annual rate is 6 L/acre.

Spruce trees: Apply 5–6 L/acre once per year in spring after the soil has thawed. Alternatively, apply 3–4 L/acre after soil thaw in spring and another 3–4 L/acre during mid-summer growth. The total annual rate is 6–8 L/acre.

Pine and fir trees: Apply 5–6 L/acre once per year in spring after the soil has thawed. Alternatively, apply 3–4 L/acre after soil thaw in spring and another 3–4 L/acre during mid-summer growth. The total annual rate is 6–8 L/acre.

Application frequency should be adjusted according to irrigation scheduling, environmental stress, soil fertility, and crop response. Begin with conservative application rates and increase gradually based on crop response and field performance.

OxyTech 360 240 500

SoilFuel Active is intended for use in:

  • Fruit tree production systems
  • Berry crops
  • Nursery tree production
  • Evergreen forestry systems
  • Mayday trees
  • Cherry and Saskatchewan cherry or chokecherry-type trees
  • Spruce trees
  • Pine and fir trees
  • Drip irrigation and fertigation systems

Apply the product using sufficient irrigation volume to move it into the active root zone. Inject SoilFuel Active during the middle portion of the irrigation cycle, followed by clean water to flush the irrigation lines.

SoilFuel Active is compatible with most fertilizers. Conduct a jar test before mixing.

Dilute the product before injection when possible and maintain adequate agitation during application. Avoid excessive product concentration inside injection tanks.

For Mayday, cherry, Saskatchewan cherry, spruce, pine, and fir trees, the suggested dilution rate is 10–15 mL/L of water.

Use lower dilution and application rates for young, newly transplanted, or highly stressed trees. Higher dilution rates may be used during active growth or recovery periods. Final rates should be adjusted according to irrigation-water volume, emitter flow rate, and system capacity.

Do not exceed the recommended application rates.

Store SoilFuel Active in a cool, dry, and well-ventilated area away from direct sunlight. Keep the container tightly closed when not in use and protect the product from freezing.

The product has a shelf life of 24 months under the recommended storage conditions.

Avoid contact with eyes, skin, and clothing. Do not ingest, and keep out of reach of children. Dispose of the product and its container according to applicable local, provincial, and federal regulations. Do not reuse empty containers.
